David Harris has been building steel narrowboats for more than 40 years, and offers steel shells built to the exact requirements of customers, typically being copies of ‘Josher’ and ‘Northwich’ working boats (with rivets, recessed panelling, and plank groove being added if required). A full coach-painting and sign-writing is also available, and engines can be installed (including traditional Gardner 2&3LW, Lister JP or HA series, or the modern Beta JD3).
