Brilliant guy. The first chap that had part-installed the system had gone off sick, and so I called a replacement, who let me down twice, with no notice. I then luckily found Bill, who was a consummate professional.

We set a time for Bill to come and review the system, and he arrived perfectly on time. We went through the whole lot. He then came back two days later, did the job, gave me the gas safety cert, and we were done in a few hours.

Excellent price and a thoroughly nice chap – don’t find too many of them these days, but he’s nothing but a star.
